Craftroom Redo- Neu möbliert

ist das Studio hinter dem Laden.
Lange stapelte sich hier alles, was im Laden über war.
Bis zur Nordsee haben wir es nicht geschafft.
Die Gesundheit wollte nicht..........
Ruhen und stricken bringt so manche Idee auf den Weg.
Wer es nicht bis Montag aushält, kriegt hier schon mal ein paar Einblicke:

We didn't make it to Foehr.
Too much stress lately - now I have to recover.
Too bad to burn the candle on both sides.......
okay I try to cultivate some "non-doing anything" and to murmur mantras of not being upset by teenaged whimsies.
I heard they will grow out........ I hope............soon.

My mandatory break resulted in a craftroom redo as soon I could peek into the store again.
A visit to IKEA and some hours of drilling and screwing later.......



you can find me standing in front of my new cutting table in the middle of new shelves.

am neuen Schneidetisch kann ich jetzt auch meine Projekte in bequemer Höhe zuschneiden.
Einmal dran gewöhnt, will der Rücken nicht mehr anders.



Klettband von der Rolle und schwarzes Baumwollvlies verwandelten die kahle Holzbretterwand in eine Designwand sondergleichen.
Da musste auch gleich ein Projekt dran und noch eins.......

another 30yard-roll of Velcro and a big piece of black cotton batting to change the ugly wooden wall into a design wall.
I couldn´t help and had to sew some blocks to activate it. It works:)great.



vom Nähtisch kann ich nicht nur aus zwei Fenstern ins Grüne gucken, sondern auch zum Ladeneingang -wie praktisch!

my sewing table was turned and now I cannot only indulge in the growing greens outside but can take a glimpse into the store.......


Was bei dem schönen Oster-Wetter außer Schonhaltung noch drin war:
meine erste Zehen aufwärts-Socke!
Das Garn ist mit weiteren Freunden aus Chile hier eingetrudelt und strickt sich nett, wahrscheinlich nicht nur als Socke, sondern auch für leichte Pullunder oder Westchen.
Socken aufwärts gibts dann mit eigener Passform-Formel als neuen Strickworkshop im 2. Quartal. Ich bastel noch am Programm.
