meeting Kaffe- Treffen mit Kaffe Fassett

Danke an alle fürs Daumendrücken, die heute für mich ihre gedrückt haben!
Es hat gut getan und geklappt-das Treffen heute mit Kaffe und Brandon Mably beim Open House von Rhinetex in den Niederlanden.



Deshalb grinse ich hier auch wie ein Honigkuchenpferd.



Er hat nicht nur Bücher signiert, sondern sich fast eine Stunde Zeit genommen und sich meine Quilts zeigen lassen. Natürlich wollte ich nicht nur "How lovely" hören sondern klar wissen, wie er sie findet und was ich noch verbessern kann.
Auf alles gabs ne Antwort(lovely, intruiging) und ich muss jetzt wieder vom Olymp auf die Erde.
Wenn ich sehe, was hier zu Hause wieder alles aufzuräumen ist, geht das wahrscheinlich ganz schnell.
Also die Richtung steht, bewerben kann ich mich, wofür ist auch klar.......bitte wieder weiter Daumen drücken!

Meeting Kaffe and Brandon at the Open House of Rhinetex was a pleasure.
Not only did he sign books and fondle my new sock yarn-seawool by Fleece Artist from Canada- hi Grete!
I had the opportunity to show Brandon and him my quilts and wip of last year. Nearly an hour did we show and tell. Be sure that I wanted to know clearly what he thinks of my work and what I should work out.
Now I know, my quilts are lovely and intriguiging and I even got a homework( I love challenges) and should apply for.......
O my gosh. Hallo Earth, me speaking from Mount Olympus.

Earth will welcome me again tommorrow doing the dishes and the laundry, fighting with my beloved teens, getting mad at their loud music, belly rubbing the cats.
