das Seefest liegt hinter uns- Hitze, Gewitter, viele Leute und jede Menge Aktivitäten:
der Pavillion machte im Sturm in der Nacht die Grätsche, dank netter Nachbarn und ein paar Kabelbindern hielt er am Sonntag bis nachmittags durch.
Im Schatten und luftig bekleidet ließ es sich grade aushalten und ein paar Jojos haben wir auch gemacht.
Für vieles andere war es schlichtweg zu heiß, aber die Ferien fangen ja grade erst an, und da machen wir weiter.
Genäht habe ich mir letzte Woche auf die Schnelle noch 3 Kleider............ wenn der Prototyp steht, geht es ja flugs.
Keine Idee für die großen Ferien?
Nähkurse und Kinderkreativkurse sind bei uns jetzt angesagt.
We had our annual lake shore feast this weekend and a stall for the two days to promote our summer holiday classes.
It was hot
and stormy-
our pavillion was hit down by the thunderstorm saturday night
but luckily we got help from a neighbour and it was held upright til sunday evening.
We showed how to sew yoyos, it was to hot for pompons or granny squares.
For the holiday we will offer classes for creative kids and sew dresses for mums and teens-
I whipped up another three halterneck dresses this week.
